I experienced harassment and wrongful treatment after only a couple weeks of working there. There is no open door policy whatsoever, even though I was originally told there was. I felt incredibly uncomfortable and blindsided here, and felt grateful to leave the company. I read through every single review on here before accepting the position and unfortunately should have taken more consideration of the negative ones, since most of them turned out to pretty true. Rather a hostile place to work and attempt to learn. A lot of employees discuss the cons of working here more than the pros on a daily basis- and I understand why. The management asks us to leave good reviews on here, which is why there are suspiciously many more good than bad. Too good to be true is a perfect description for this unfortunately. The management checks this website and because of that a lot of employees are scared to share true experiences in fear of losing their job. There are a lot of issues with the management and there are no clear instructions on protocol in training. After a first hand experience with this company, I personally would not go back for any reason. Also, the pay was extremely low comparatively with a weak benefits package. Lesson learned! I suggest to save yourself some time and look elsewhere for a more ethical and organized company. :)
