Working At Hays
6 Mar 2020 - Recruitment Consultant in Dublin, DublinRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
One of the best thing about working at Hays is the team work. This team work comes from not only your immediate team but from across the business, Through cross specialisms helping each other and getting a dig out where necessary from other managers/directors. The hard work that the management staff put in would motivate any member of their team to equal the work ethic every day. The training never stops at Hays. From the moment you start as an associate you are put on a training program and this continues right the way through with constant training taking place here and in the UK. Weekly and monthly catch ups from managers and directors gives you a clear focus on what you want to achieve come Friday and at the end of each Month. If you are looking for a career in recruitment there is no better place to start your journey. The career journey is mapped out for you the moment you start and you can have that conversation about promotions and progression openly.
