Working in a start-up allows professional growth across all areas of a business. You’re also surrounded by like-minded smart, hungry and innovative colleagues - so although at times taxing, it’s very rewarding. You’ll learn a lot and never ever be bored.
Cons
The unpredictability of funding when working for a start up can undermine control as to timing of execution of plans. But you’ll certainly learn an awful lot about running a business.

Pros
Colleagues are great to work with in UK and Spain. WFH options give the work/life balance 5*
Cons
With operations moving to Spain and the leadership team in Spain the company has fallen from grace drastically. This company should be led from the UK with most of the revenues coming from UK clients. Being led by an invisible CEO with zero idea about UK markets has seen the decline of this company in the last 2 years. Only a bold move from investors will save this company from complete extinction.
