Very good ambiance between the staff members in general.
Cons
- Inconsistent business structure/organisation
- High turnover rate, based on rotating interns
- Absence of work recognition
- Unkept office space
- Intrusive director that didn't focus on helping staff being productive, by not trusting them to handle any projects by themselves.
- Lack of social or economic advantages
- Low salary and deficient HR management "team"
- Missing follow-ups on most accounts, clients left the company too often
- Credit wasn't given to any real creative process that answerd the clients' needs
