      a lot of hours so there is a lot of money to be made with them. It was a typical construction work environment

      Cons

      their way of building things is sometimes pretty backwards but the hours are there nonetheless. They also go through a lot of superintendents

      Great health benefits. 401K available

      Cons

      Unprofessional CEO. Created a very negative work environment. Talked badly about her employees in front of other employees and on the phone. Bad temperament and not effective in her work. Blamed others for her mistakes.
