      Pros

      1) Competitive Working environment . 2) Excellent Peer Group . 3) Access to advanced technologies 4) Very Supportive HR team . 5) CEO is approachable and very helpful. 6) You get a lot of chance to improve unlike other companies in the business. 7) Appealing bonus structure .

      Cons

      Working 11 hours a day is not a negative thing as long as you are getting financially rewarded for it . Some of the cons are : 1) No benefits such as PF , medical insurance etc. 2) Sometimes you have to work on Indian Holidays (optional) but again you get holidays on depending upon the markets you trade . 3) This job profile doesn’t permit work from home .

      Pros

      Good Package(minimum 6.5 lac) Company follows FLAT hierarchy structure. If you make some profit by selling shares. 15% of the profit directly credited to your account. If you make loss, nothing will be deducted from your salary.

      Cons

      working hours = 12hr. based on international share market. Not a technical job. Knowledge of share market is needed. A student from commerce field can do it better.

      Challenging Work - Trading will make you the most humble person! Great Management Intelligent Colleagues (probably from the best colleges of our country) Experienced and Helping Seniors Excellent Work Culture Great Support by H.R. Good Compensation Transparency in work

      Cons

      As I said, The work is CHALLENGING and not everyone is able to handle the pressure. Also, you might have to work on some Indian Holidays
