      Pros

      The people you work with can create a great support network and the customers see, you can truly help change their lives.

      Cons

      The company has lost its heart and what it means to be a family business. Hours CUT. Bonuses GONE. There is now more focus on paper work and filing this, that and the other out, than actually focusing on helping the people who come in with a real need. Sell something, fill this out. Don't sell something, fill that out. It's become a focus for hard sales and explaining why you didn't sell a cushion or an armcap.

      Pros

      Loved my residents, they made the terrible nightmare of being an Hsl employee worth it.

      Cons

      Downsides are that you are asked to violate fair housing when you know that you’re right and you’ve spoken to an attorney about it, but you were asked to violate for housing just to make the regionals look good and when you did and invoice your opinion, you get terminated
