Pros
1. Stable job once you are in 2. Used to provide good benefits but not anymore 3. Good client base with opportunities to learn
Cons
1. No career growth or advancement at all(in the US) unless you are offshore(read India) 2. Not a good pay-master so the workforce is not very smart or cutting-edge. 3. No recognition for on-site teams 4. Doesn't offer technically exciting work because the clients usually give it to their employees. HCL ends up doing basic, low-end technical work like implementation, maintenance etc 5. Forget promotions
