Pros

Guardian Properties is growing as a company. They are open to using AI and other new technology to streamline their processes. The owner and upper management listen to staff and resident feedback to continuously improve the company. They provide needed tools and training to make sure that the staff is qualified and successful. Management goes above and beyond to support the onsite staff. After hurricane Helene hit the Augusta area, they helped provide housing and gave an additional bonus to the staff that were impacted. Weekly calls help with communication between staff. The team is wonderful at offering help amongst the properties. Management is very understanding about family obligations and encourage the employees to have a healthy work/life balance.

Cons

The company is growing fast, so there are growing pains. But the company is constantly looking for ways to improve as we grow.

I feel valued, paid fairly, and I am continuously encouraged by my higher ups.

Cons

As the company continues to expand and implement new things there can occasionally be a few growing pains but they’re usually quickly sorted out.

Pros

Working at Guardian Properties has been such a great experience! The company is incredibly collaborative, and it really shows that everyone’s opinions and ideas are valued. It doesn’t matter what your role is—your thoughts are genuinely heard and considered, which makes you feel like an important part of the team. One of the coolest things about Guardian is that every employee has the CEO’s personal contact information. That’s pretty rare! It shows how approachable and invested the leadership is in making sure employees feel supported and connected. Another thing I love is how experienced the upper management is. They really know the ins and outs of the day-to-day operations in the industry, not just the financial side of things. They understand what it’s like on the ground, which makes their guidance practical and relatable. On top of all that, I’ve been able to advance in my role, which has been so rewarding. The company really supports growth and development, and it feels great to work for a place that recognizes and rewards hard work. If you’re looking for a company that values collaboration, has approachable leadership, and truly knows the industry, Guardian Properties is an awesome place to work. I couldn’t recommend it enough!

Cons

The company’s growth has been really exciting, but it’s happening so quickly that it’s starting to stretch the senior staff too thin. While the senior leadership team is incredibly knowledgeable and experienced, it feels like they’re taking on too much because there aren’t enough lower-level employees to help with day-to-day tasks. Instead of adding more senior management, we could really use more support staff to delegate to and help balance the workload. This would not only ease the pressure on upper management but also ensure smoother operations as the company continues to expand.
