Working at Guardian Properties has been such a great experience! The company is incredibly collaborative, and it really shows that everyone’s opinions and ideas are valued. It doesn’t matter what your role is—your thoughts are genuinely heard and considered, which makes you feel like an important part of the team.
One of the coolest things about Guardian is that every employee has the CEO’s personal contact information. That’s pretty rare! It shows how approachable and invested the leadership is in making sure employees feel supported and connected.
Another thing I love is how experienced the upper management is. They really know the ins and outs of the day-to-day operations in the industry, not just the financial side of things. They understand what it’s like on the ground, which makes their guidance practical and relatable.
On top of all that, I’ve been able to advance in my role, which has been so rewarding. The company really supports growth and development, and it feels great to work for a place that recognizes and rewards hard work.

Cons
The company’s growth has been really exciting, but it’s happening so quickly that it’s starting to stretch the senior staff too thin. While the senior leadership team is incredibly knowledgeable and experienced, it feels like they’re taking on too much because there aren’t enough lower-level employees to help with day-to-day tasks.
Instead of adding more senior management, we could really use more support staff to delegate to and help balance the workload. This would not only ease the pressure on upper management but also ensure smoother operations as the company continues to expand.
