Trust Issues - Project Manager GrowByData Employee Review

*Since the original post was flagged for "profanity", here's the same version with minor changes: *Most = Not all employees are good. Some try very often to show their ego, dominance, and power. Arrogance has its levels. I have had it up to my neck dealing with it everyday for many years. Decision makers and people in position of power do not have a clue. For example, they do not have "budget" to organize activities that used to be frequent such as annual picnic, hiking, football, futsal, cricket, team outing, etc. activities while apparently they do have the budget and audacity to pick and choose 5-6 "managers" to showcase the entire organization's effort and profit in 2018 and house and feed generously and foolishly in a boutique posh resort that is well known in the city, and have the courage to publish such news in company's monthly newsletter. First of all, imagine how demoralizing that is to every other employee and teams, and next of all tell that to some employee that wakes up at 3am in the morning to take an urgent client call and resolve matters and received "appreciation". So that appreciation was a hoax, right, eh?
