      Almost everyone gives 110% effort and passion in delivering positive outcomes to customers and to each other as a team. Strong company values. Strong customer relationships. People are honest and with high integrity.

      Cons

      This company changes a lot (most times for the better) so if you are uncomfortable with change then you will be left behind.

      This is a place that challenges you to grow and learn on your own accord. Support is available, but they teach you what you need to know to be ready for any task.
