This was the worst job I’ve ever had. I felt extremely depressed during my time here. I completely agree with one of the reviews below — many managers barely have experience working on calls themselves, so when you’re stuck they can’t really help you. You’re expected to justify everything you do. Questions like: Why did you take a break at this time? Why are you on wrap for 2 minutes ? Why did you do this? Why did you do that? It feels constant. For context, “wrap” is the short time after a call where you’re on a loading screen before taking the next call, and even that gets questioned. i’m on wrap because these calls are crazy and too much! There’s also very little support when you actually need help. I’m honestly just glad I’m finally out of that environment. But if you’re reading this and thinking about applying, don’t be fooled. The role is advertised as being a call handler, but there’s much more to it — including complaint investigations and other complex tasks that aren’t clearly mentioned.
