Pros
- If you're lucky you'll have great colleagues - If you work in the HQ, you'll have a voice
Cons
- Weak, inexperienced leadership that reads too many Substack articles and listen to too many podcasts. They have half-baked ideas they pawn off as strategies and have no notion as to how to execute or project manage. They all just expect for things to somehow happen. - Salaries and benefits are abysmal for all but the higher level of the company. - They supposedly rely on "Start-Stop-Continue" to inform priorities in the mid to long term but magically nothing stops and a bunch of new things start constantly leading a huge number of the ICs to burn out. - The company has silos and this is not jargon. There have distinct project management tooling, communications channels, etc for different areas of business. It's a house of cards built of black boxes. - Revenue leadership is a bunch of middle aged white guys, mostly from Holland. There are clear hiring/promotion biases.
