Pros
There are no pros, as a supposedly employed salesman with your own territory, in reality you're self employed, as if you don't hit your target in the first week then you're out. Bear in mind that the training extends to two days, yes really, two days training by a spivvy wide boy salesman who's bought into the company's very poor culture.
Cons
There's just too many to list. The objective is supposedly simple; sell basic broadband and landline deals to high st businesses at cheaper rates. However, they don't have the buying power to compete with the likes of XLN or talk talk, therefore they're about the same price as old BT tariffs, ergo no point in changing. They load their contracts with up front hidden fees leaving many new clients furious in month one, but given that its a 'hit and run' sell, where you're not even allowed to leave a contact number, the client will only complain to Go4's after sales department, which has 2 bodies in it, used to dealing with constant complaints in a hard faced manner.
