Dissatisfied - Territory Manager Giftcraft Employee Review

First, I would like to thank you for taking the time to write a review here on Glassdoor. Giftcraft is an organization that provides our salespeople with the opportunity to have a successful career and earn an above average wage. Amongst our competitors, we make one of the largest investments in a sales management team. The mandate of this team is to motivate and provide coaching, training and mentorship. When salespeople fail to meet sales goals, we have processes in place to support the individual to get them on track. This strategy has helped us develop countless salespeople into leaders in our industry. I regret that you had interpreted this coaching as micromanagement. Giftcraft also continuously benchmarks our compensation plan, benefits and expense policies through a third party not only against our competition but also against inflation and regional cost differentials.
