Worst company of my career - Anonymous employee Giesecke+Devrient Employee Review

please don't get fooled with reviews forced by HR here. The reality is 1. pune workplace is actually like a body shopping organization where once you onboard and get connected to germany team, your manager has no idea of what you do. it's total service based environment and they spread lie of product based. 2. full of politics everywhere. 3. HR dept only exists in linkedin and would not even bother replying tk your emails. 4. One of the worst infrastructure in pune, my 3 bhk hone is bigger than office floor, and no parking at all. it doesn't look like an IT company. 5. when you join you will keep sitting in lobby to wait for your manager and HR and afyer half day a pune will come to show you around and share the mobile number of manager, when you call your manager he will not even recognize you. 6.people working for swveral years can't even speak English properly which shows that good talent leaves soon and only crap remains. if you're from big prodct based company like me then you should not even think about accepting offer. Don't be prey to fake reviews posted by HR team.
