Semi-relaxed, collegues are nice. Approved unlimited 1.5x pay overtime, which is the only reason I am still here.
Cons
Where do I start? - Low pay offered for what is expected of you. - No regard for work/life balance from upper management - Management will talk about you in another language, while standing right next to you - Employees not allowed to use the front door, despite all the exit signs pointing directly to it, because "the front door is for executives only, normal employees have to walk around the building to get to their workstation" - Seniority, good attendance, exceptional work and work ethic - they all mean nothing here. You wil be stuck with the worst situation the better you do, it seems. - Aggressive tendancies can be observed from the director, saying things like "we have a trainer now, they have no job security, stop being so nice to the agents because they will do what we want or they will leave".
