Pros

they are good at getting you excited to join with false promises

Cons

There is absolutely zero standard training. They throw you into the deep end, then act genuinely shocked and confused when you don't magically know how to do the job. Communication between managers is nonexistent, leaving you caught in the crossfire. They constantly dangle fake promises of "career development" just to keep you around, but it never actually happens. The company is so poorly run they can’t turn a profit, leading to massive layoffs. Instead of taking accountability for their own bad strategy, management blames lower-level employees for the financial mess.

Pros

Offshore crews are excellent—team-oriented, skilled, and resilient under pressure. The work itself is technically engaging and provides unique experience in the field.

Cons

Toxic management culture driven by bullying, fear, and intimidation. Pay is consistently based on who you know not what you know. Also no consistent pay scale which is not comparable with industry standards No support from HR or leadership when issues arise—HR is basically window dressing, all issues are driven via SMT~~radio silence is standard. Favoritism and nepotism trumps performance; promotions are based on politics, friends and family not merit. No structured training, onboarding, or career progression. Offshore staff often feel abandoned—zero visibility from onshore leadership. Morale is low and turnover is high—and for good reason.

Pros

Zero come to mind at this moment

Cons

A toxic working environment where leaders are consumed by their own ego and promotion and fancy titles. Illegal employment practices, unfulfilled contracts, deception and lies by HR. Unpaid salaries . Written policies and “values” that are left to gather dust and not applied. The Temu version of its competitors
