Hesitancy to pay my reimbursables for traveling to wherever they needed me. "Encouraged" to donate time when fee was low or exhausted. Discouraged overtime on time card though weekend work was often required to meet deadlines Required participation in many "free" committees and initiatives during work day that took away from billable work, and forced working into wee hours to hit deadlines Downplaying low wages, lack of work/life balance and playing favorites through creative internal marketing Became more of a production machine than a place to learn and grow Very politically charged environment
