Pros
Seems like you might save some lives but trouble, big trouble is brewing
Cons
They fire or force out all employees as soon as they realize how bad things are, pay very poorly, and flat out lie in negotiations. Here’s a list of executives that have left in the last 3 years: CTO of acquired company ZH CEO of acquired company ZH VP of Operations who served as Chief of Staff to the CEO Chief Revenue Officer VP of Marketing VP of Sales VP of Product And countless sales people have left, because the company argues about commissions and the sales process takes years. The company will convince you to take a significant portion of your salary in bonus, and hasn’t paid bonuses or given raises in years. The CEO hasn’t addressed any of this and won’t talk about it. Keeps saying next year will be great. The company took a huge deal with a territory, but non of that money flows to the employees. Instead, they focus on that project and leave current customers with unfinished and unreliable products. They badmouth people and companies they should be working with. It’s a toxic place to work. They are going to get sued soon, because soon citizens will die.
