      Pros

      The team at Fusion Universal are what makes this company great, everyone always going the extra mile for each other. A relatively small tech team of ~30 globally means that senior managers count on you to make the right decisions and with a flat organisational structure your voice always heard. The tech is great and interesting, with lots of development going on in the learning space as well as being in a relaxed atmosphere with plenty of socialising and fun.

      Cons

      Company very fast placed and at times has to sacrifice quality over quantity to please it's even increasing client base

      Pros

      Fuse is full of passionate, intelligent, driven individuals who are truly trying to improve our industry. Fuse has a unique opportunity to lead the market and help advance our client's learning strategies and the value they get from investments in talent development. I find the culture to be very collaborative and the leadership team professional and completely focused on helping to grow the business and delight our clients. My experience as a female at Fuse has been extraordinarily positive especially with leadership. I feel valued, supported and respected.

      Cons

      As with any start up and Fuse feels like a start up, you have to be very independant and entrepreneurial to get move opportunities and initiatives forward. This is only a con if you are a person who needs to be told what to do or if you aren't a self-starter.
