Frazer has a great team of manager and partners who are always willing to assist you when you need it. The staff are all friendly and welcoming. They have great benefits including employer paid health insurance and dental insurance, they pay the first $4,000 of CPA preparation and exams, $10,000 masters degree reimbursement, 401k, and they pay for overtime worked.

The team is collaborative, and there's a strong sense of community here. Everyone is approachable and willing to help. The management team also provides regular feedback sessions to help you understand where you stand and where you can go next.

Budgeting is understandably tight to allocate resources efficiently, but sometimes, exceeding the budget can feel stressful.
