In terms of business intelligence work, the company is immature. They are tied to Infor tools, which are sub-par. As of the beginning of 2019 they were moving away from developing/consulting in the "BI" space. In my opinion they should have never touted that they were in this space to begin with. What they were doing was developing financial reports for clients.
