      Pros

      If you can do vehicle patrols you may get steady work.

      Cons

      Hard to find steady employment unless you do car patrols. Management is two-faced and very unorganized, will say shifts are coming up then provide you with nothing. Also if you try and balance two jobs they will make it so difficult that your forced to quit.

      Decent pay, ok benefits and a wide range of places you can work. Some support from employees.

      Cons

      No room for advancement, management sets you up to fail. They would rather you figure it out yourself. They will call you at all hours day and night to take shifts.
