Great employees, flexible schedule, good pay for first-hiring

Cons

Hard to gain promotions/work way up in the system, terrible upper-management who only strive for profits and do not even acknowledge lower/entry level employees

Pros

Local employees are amazing. Managers want you to succeed and will readily provide you the tools to do so. Progression CAN happen at your own pace, IF you work hard entirely on your own AND if the bank needs you to learn new things.

Cons

Training program is extremely lacking. To learn, you will have to ask a ton of questions and read the procedures yourself. Expect to have a fight with training staff before they realize they are wrong.

Job is very monotonous, even when moving up to a level 2, 3 or CSR.
