Pros
company make sure they develop top employees. Salary not to bad, very innovative bank with top products. If you move in the correct circle you can make it to the top
Cons
Provide a bursary with a huge investment in human capital and them tell you that it is a nice degree to have, after that no progression because you are not the correct race or gender. With this in mind you can clearly see that the service standards of the company has taken a serious dip, they are not on world standards but rather on African Standards (third world).
