Cons
Everything else, the company was very unorganized and projects for consultants could take forever to materialize. In my time working with the company (almost 2 years) I was only assigned to a project for 6 months. The rest of the time I was on the bench where consultants have to go into the office for 8 hours a day and do absolutely nothing. Also noticed that the Americans were typically the last to get assigned projects for no apparent reason.
