Pros

✅ Undoubtedly talented colleagues. Management Trainee's are absolutely top talents. Most of the managers are easy to get along with. ✅ If you stay longer and get laid off, you will get a fair separation pay.

Cons

1. A huge percentage of the "management workforce" came from their previous company which made diversity and inclusion enviroment vague. Their belongingness has led to a huge failure having to hire or most likely help, someone from their previous company. 2. Great talents were either laid off or have preferred to resign due to lack of job security. No wonder, managers on shore were the first ones to resign. 3. Unrealistic company updates. Time consuming, company wide, FRIDAY MEETINGS would've been useful if they have become more transparent if not for all employees but atleast to managers on where the company stands. 4. Promotion is impossible unless you're part of their circle. 5. HR Team and a "M"anager were always gossiping and power tripping. Great power and job title? It has been their ticket to mock someone, apparently, NEVER COOL AND NEVER RIGHT. 6. Absolutely money driven managers. There is a referral amount for every successful hire. Read between the lines. 7. Opportunity is not available not unless you are a part of their B-CLAN. 8. Company culture is eerie, especially when you are not part of their FAMILY or ... (B-CLAN, yet again.) 9. Most rojects implemented were absurd and not useful.. They're great in wasting money. 10. Process gaps amongst different business units were a huge mess, causing reworks. You will not feel empowered to voice your truth and provide feedback, or you may be forced to resign. Your voice will remain in your head and the feeling of hopelessness will linger unto your whole well being. Mass hiring have caused great mess in what we hoped A SUCCESS FOR FINSTRO. It takes real knowledge to run a company, it isn't always just about being compassionate, business decisions should have been made by REAL EXPERTS, WHO KNOWS HOW TO RUN AND ANALYZE COMPANY'S FINANCIAL TRENDS. PS: Mental health issues caused by these stressors have triggered and caused enormous trauma to a number of employees, either current or laid off employees.
