Pros
Solid paycheck every week. Loved the HR Director. She was tough but really helped me with my professional development. Pretty fair overall. Loved my original boss, as she was so supportive and accepted input on helping to make the division better.
Cons
They are an established company that is acting like a start-up. Contantly "Re-organizing" or "Re-Structuring". Moved great managers from tough divisions and replaced them with incompetent corporate stooges who were just looking for a quick facelift to make themselves look good. Very hard to move up and even harder to be heard.
