The culture and leadership in our PMO team are highly toxic. The team lead runs our team in a controlling and unfair way, showing clear favoritism to some people and discouraging any ideas. She encourages people to spy on each other within our team, which severely hurts morale. This setup is based on internal politics, not actual work. There is a blame culture within the team. Also constant negative comments about other employees and other teams from the team lead is unprofessional.
No support or information shared. All info and knowledge is kept with her, makes it hard for me to do my job. This is a highly toxic leadership style and team environment.
