I appreciate the feedback - even the tough kind - because building a great company means listening and improving.
F1-Networks was founded to do IT the right way, not the sales-first way. Scaling while staying true to that has been a challenge, but over the past year, we’ve invested heavily in leadership, structure, and process improvements to create a better experience for our team.
Change can feel chaotic, and we’re still evolving. But here’s the reality:
We do have strong department managers who support their teams.
We do have structure, but we hire people who take ownership.
We do listen and improve - feedback drives change here.
