Pros

The company is strongly focused on employee wellbeing. Employees are the most valuable asset, and therefore their wellbeing is a top priority. Actions such as the current remote working schemes, flexible working arrangements, and intensive working schedules throughout the year are designed to support work–life balance and family reconciliation. Additional wellbeing programs include local initiatives, a healthy calendar of activities, free fruit for employees, and annual medical check-ups that include high‑value health screenings for employees. Social Benefits: private medical insurance. At a regional level, all employees have access to Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), wellbeing resources, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Cons

Sometimes employees are not able to fully take advantage of everything the company offers due to a lack of time to explore the available tools, especially the programs and resources available at a regional level.

Pros

Good work-life balance, fair, hybrid. Opportunities if you are in business or sales. Avoid if looking for a technical career.

Cons

Experian publicly advertises that they are a technology company, but operationally if you want to move ahead, in the business and sales area is where you want to be. Very little opportunity for engineers and technical. Experian has become more of a Fintech company in the last 5 years and leaves them vulnerable in bad economies.
