      Gained a lot of experience

      Bad environment, they put you in the client without support. When I had an issue with the client and called my manager to ask for advise she basically told me that the cliente could do and say to me what they wanted.

      Pros

      I would say the social environment lived within the employees is the best pros. Everything works well, and if we need anything we just ask.

      Cons

      No cons. As I said before everything works really well and right now I do not see any cons inside the company.

      Proximity with the management team. The people I’ve worked with have been great and there are opportunities for career progression.
