Pros

I cannot express how much i enjoy working here. I would like to start off with the people in the company. From the first start with HR to working within a team, to working and communicating with my managers. Everyone has been amazing. And I say this with pure honesty. The gear is great and I am satisfied with the IT help (rarely needed) i also have all the software that I need. The work itself is amazing, very rewarding, refreshing and what I like is I feel i have been trained to know exactly what to do and I never experience moments where I feel helpless. I always have my manager to lean on, my team mates and the courses which I take if I feel I want to educate myself. I am also satisfied with the salary. Oh and also the office space is amazing! Truly great. I rarely work from there as I live far away bit try to come as much as possible.

Cons

No cons. Truly a great experience.

Pros

If we are being realistic, this is an excellent environment to be working for if you live in Greece. It’s def up to regular western EU standards, with numerous benefits and a salary which you can actually live with in Greece, where the cost of living is super disproportional to the salaries provided by most employers. Excellent new initiatives include the parental program and setting a minimum wage for the entire company (one that is practically double the min wage in GR). Most of the employees and management are very kind, and I personally have not experienced any toxic workplace feuds.

Cons

There have been soooo many core changes in the last 2 years. While the company is now heading to much better direction in my opinion, there was so much instability for a big period of time and it’s very normal for employees to feel insecure. You can’t just expect people to not be phased by 3 CEO changes in less than 2 years, and just “adapt”. The approach of the new CEO to announce everything on his own, without using an HR person, is not optimal for a company of 250 people. That’s a personal opinion. Generally, not having an HR lead anymore does not align with a company of 250 people, it enhances the feeling of instability for many of us (even though certain employees in HR are excellent- they just can’t influence as much).

Pros

There are good opportunities for learning, especially for junior professionals and people early in their careers. The company also has some genuinely talented and supportive individuals.

Cons

However, there are several structural and cultural issues that significantly affect the employee experience: Favoritism appears to play a significant role in career progression. Employees with stronger personal connections or visibility to leadership often receive more opportunities, including promotions, training, and even flexibility around time off. Over the last year in particular, a “please the leadership” culture has become more visible. Employees who disagree with leadership decisions or are not aligned with dominant opinions are gradually sidelined, regardless of their performance or years of service. There is a noticeable culture of gossip, image management, and behind-the-scenes communication, including at leadership levels. In many cases, maintaining a positive image seems to matter more than delivering consistent, high-quality work. Office politics, personal agendas, and communication games become increasingly visible higher in the hierarchy. The HR department has experienced high turnover over the last couple of years, resulting in a noticeable lack of HR presence across the company. There is significant inconsistency in productivity and operational standards across teams, and even within the same team over time. In some cases, employees are pressured to meet unrealistic deadlines and blamed when expectations are not met. In other cases, there is a lack of urgency and accountability, reflected in excessive low-value meetings and uneven workload distribution. Overall, the company has capable people and potential, but the culture can make long-term growth and fairness feel inconsistent depending on where you sit within the organization.
