Pros
Your career progression is designed around the things you like and are good at--as long as you're vocal about what that is. It's a great place to learn and grow if you speak up about what you want. You get a lot of responsibility early on and get the chance to prove yourself. Great work environment.
Cons
It is hard work and it can definitely take over your work/life balance if you let it. You need to actively manage your personal vs. professional life.
