Pros
Casual work place with basic dress code.
Cons
To make this easy to understand, please see the list below: 1) demand to work on weekends or threats of being fired/reprimanded over the short and long run (documented) 2) demand to work before and after work shift - or dedication and ability to work is questioned 3) weekly threats of being fired due to lack of business or mood of owner 4) poor working conditions in shop area (climate control and basic human rights) 5) poor communication between various departments 6) lack of discipline to those who make repetitive and conscious errors. 7) high level of favoritism between higher level management and lower employees (exceptions apply - GM) 8) False statistics on employee productivity whereby productivity is manipulated depending on the owners mood. 9) Shaddy processes in the repair practice. - used/old parts used to repair products. Turn around time sub par as Sales vs Technician flow is uncoordinated and unorganized. Delayed responses due to political issues. 10) Blame for errors are misplaced (on other "more expendable" employees) 11) promises of written and verbal bonuses/promotions/raises are all false as they are done to boost moral (in a low moral company) and are rarely given. 12) ESD practice is false as the equipment and repair center is non functional. Summary: ENSIL is an unethical, unmoral, and desensitizing place to work for let alone with. The company does not stand by its employees and demands the world of its employees without rewarding the employees that work hard.
