      Experience; you will value basic work rights after your employment

      Nepotism - poor health environment - outside of receiving a paycheck, if you pay attention there is truly no positives in the end and the family has adopted a true elitist theory that try to brainwash you into believing otherwise.

      Super flexible and great work environment. When I worked there they had great insurance and very understanding leadership.

      Cons

      A ton of travel in the state, but it was manageable with a company provided car.
