Pros
Benefits are strong. High deductable health plan, but premiums are paid by company. 401k match and paid vacation. Opportunity for growth is there, but you need to take the initiative to find it for yourself. Sitting around and wait for people to bring opportunity to you will get you nowhere. Management is big on having the right people in the right positions. If you're not right for the job, you will be let go. Take a long look at the job description. If you really feel you're a good fit, run to the opportunity to work here. If you are not, you won't be able to fake your way through. Pay is good for the industry and the area. At the end of the day, it's a company that is growing RAPIDLY. You have to be willing to accept a lot of change and realize that what you are doing today, might change tomorrow. When you go from a small to a medium company, it is very difficult. People have to be willing to go the extra mile.
Cons
Hiring has been troublesome, but management recognizes this and has brought on full time recruiters to help find the right people for the right job. Huge strides have been made.
