Pros
Colleagues and culture. Colleagues willing to help one another to achieve objectives. Everyone works together at retail and HQ.
Cons
Poor management and HR. HR only listens to MDs directions without any consideration for employees. Makes several empty promises and boasts of company's performance but does not reward employees. Uses bonus to entice employees but does not payout. Owner micromanages does not honour promises. Bad temperment. Does not value staff and often quotes "nobody is irreplaceable."
