worst company in ahemdabad - Team Leader Elegant MicroWeb Employee Review

Wow, this is a big surprise, with Glassdoor rating of 4.5+ and CEO approval rating of 99%, and if i look at last three years reviews, this is really a huge surprise for me. Something must be wrong at either end, and I am really curious to explore this further with you, and find out. Our policies are Employee First policy, one of the very few companies to have 5 day week and WFH policy since I think 2004, and one of the few companies to have permanent Work from Anywhere policy, and with hands on mentoring and leadership involvement with all engagements. Really a surprise.....
