Pros
some of the people that work there are super cool, but that's essentially the only pro. they do offer benefits but they're very poor, compensation is below average but they'll try to sell you on a draw as if that is going to make you more money.
Cons
Edgelink is grossly mismanaged, offering hiring initiatives to then go through layoffs later due to aggressive projecting on numbers they had no reason to expect. As a result the organization has gone through multiple hierarchical changes without any analysis on the actual results. Many people that spent their entire career here have left or been pushed out because there is such a large demand with such little reward. Executive management expects nothing from senior recruiters and insists younger salespeople are simply lazy, despite having the hard data to prove otherwise. Edgelink is a boys club run by a CEO that has no perspective on the current job market, and no interest in how his actions impact his team. If these guys call you to offer a job, think twice.
