Pros

Remote is possible. Don't micromanage you that much. If you like to brown nose your boss, you can get away with very little sales for a long time (if that's your thing).

Cons

Base Salary is low compared to the industry needs for sales people w/ good experience. Commission is on the lower end compared to other payment companies. Sales leadership is lacking. Very little marketing efforts in a very competitive space. They don't spend enough on generating leads which is crucial in today's environment.

Pros

Good benefits. Laid back atmosphere. Fast paced. Great work life balance. You get to challenge yourself on a daily basis that allows you to feel a sense of accomplishment.

Cons

Management Culture: The organization suffers from a lack of accountability at the upper management level. There is a frequent "finger-pointing" culture rather than a focus on collaborative problem-solving. Operational Disorganization: Internal workflows and processes are highly disorganized, leading to unnecessary friction in daily tasks. Communication Barriers: Significant language and communication barriers across global teams often stall progress on critical initiatives. Recruitment Transparency: The most disappointing aspect was the lack of honesty during the hiring process. The actual requirements and expectations of the role differed significantly from what was presented during interviews, particularly regarding flexibility and location. Technical Debt: The company struggles with significant operational inefficiencies and a lack of investment in modernizing its internal processes, which makes it difficult for high-level professionals to execute effectively.
