Pros
They provide a flexible schedule, if you aren’t a part of the sales team or the customer success team.
Cons
Favoritism, nepotism, and egos as wide as the room. They turn employees over constantly. Two of their executives, of which are blood-related, sit on their board and have decision making power, while their third brother is the CEO, and please know the conflicts of interest run deep. The positive reviews above are bought and paid for through “positive review campaigns.” Employee pay is outrageously low. There are very few, if any, benefits to working for this company. I really could go on about violations of contracts, lack of clear metrics, other than “sell more.” Bare minimum commission for sales team and zero commission for the Customer Success Manager, despite the fact that they are the counter part to sales. Not a good place for women to work, I have seen women be made to feel uncomfortable on a daily basis, as they’re constantly subjected to sales “boys” banter, and the COO chuckles about “boys being boys.” Can’t say much for the CEO cause he rarely speaks to the peasants in the bullpen, but considering the company culture, I could probably take an educated guess on his character and quality. Lastly, it’s been a “start-up” for its existence and I believe it’s going on or getting close to its 10th year in operation, which is not a start-up. It’s failing. Just run, dude.
