      Pros

      As a small growing company, there is a lot of wiggle room to learn and hone into your skill set as well as grow. Even though they are a smaller firm, they are able to offer a competitive salary and benefits.

      Cons

      No job is perfect, and everyone has an opinion. Probably the lack of cohesiveness between the offices being that they are spread across 3 states.
