ESS Group refused to pay my extra working hours and did not fulfill their contract when I started. Management lacks transparency and accountability and the work environment is toxic especially for floor workers who are undervalued. I would strongly advise others to think twice before working here

Promises made in the interview vanish the moment you arrive, the salary and living conditions are nothing like what they sell you and the organization is a train wreck. People are nice and smiley on the surface, but underneath it’s laziness and incompetence all around. Management?
