Pros
Great benefits and good people. Vacation days are good and there is a lot of flexibility around what you can work on and how often you have to work on those topics
Cons
Sometimes you are micro managed even though you don't need to be. There isn't much collegiality outside of work. Also base pay is exceptionally low.
