      Pros

      Good location in the city. Opposite Lloyds. Paid out on bonus. The majority of the staff were friendly and it wasn't too stressful.

      Cons

      Awful man management. Zero training. No direction! They had no process or governance. Or just ignored it if they thought it wasn't necessary. Under paid. CEO was old school and didn't listen to advice from the floor.

      Great environment to work in Great communication and reliable people for jobs and projects. Very easy to understand

      Some days the weather might cause you to not be able to go to your job site
