      Really great atmosphere. Thorough training. Decent pay for call center.

      Very strict schedule even with bathroom breaks. Micromanaging. No room for advancement.

      Management seems to care. Work life balance.

      Doing the work of a senior adjuster but they will not give promotions even though the adjusters do the work, for a lower pay.
