Run away - Security Manager EL AL Employee Review

Horrendous! Violations of worker rights, sexual harassments culture, they will do anything to save money so they will place you in a shared hotel room if they can. They employed us with shifts that had less than 8 hours break between so you got about 5 hours of sleep and had to return to work, mandatory. They allow managers to shout at you or humiliate you. Salaries are barely above minimum. They had employees so exhausted that I know some people almost had a car accident because of lack of sleep. Their contracts are completely illegal and they threaten people that if they leave they will sue them. My advise is to run as fast as you can.
