A very well managed and conservative company. You can do well if you are a self starter and like working without a hint of micromanagement. They have an excellent market position.
Cons
Mentoring is not part of the culture. Training could be improved. Contact management is non-existent making it difficult to share ideas and create strategies for customers with multiple geographies.
